ZHdK Character Design module with a strong focus on visual language and implementation to Unity.

Ballin never looked drippier. My goal with the "HypeBeast" was to create the coolest player on the field. This had to be clear after the first glance. The stance, the walk, the outfit, it all had to work together to create one vision.

This character is inspired by "The Mecca of Basketball" in Harlem. The story of Greg Marius and the basketball scene in Harlem in the 90s drove the design choices of the character. From the music he would listen to all the way to the hairstyles and accessories.
